This home in The Landing had low-quality coating installed at the time it was built. Even though it was done by “professionals”, the coating had a low-quality finish, and began to peel almost immediately.

Before

Our team first removed the existing coating and returned the floor to bare concrete. Then we repaired cracks and damage that were present on the surface, to ensure the new coating would be smooth and level once it cured.

After

Finally, we installed the new coating, consisting of over 4-gallons of 100% solids epoxy. Our material is low-VOC and UV-stable for a long-lasting, durable finish. We broadcast over 50 pounds of decorative vinyl chip and Natural Mica flake into the wet material, and let it cure overnight.

The next day, we installed a Polyaspartic Urethane clearcoat. The clearcoat is highly-resistant to impact and abrasion, as well as chemicals and staining. This floor is permanent and the homeowner will never have to put a new coating in this garage.

Highly recommend! They did our garage floor 3 years ago when they were called Garage Floors DFW and the floor still looks brand new. We got the “classic” Polyaspartic Urethane Clearcoat with anti-skid. It cleans with just water and very light scrubbing… even spray paint wiped right off without having to use any chemicals. Always get compliments on the floor when friends see it the first time. Would definitely use them again.
