Industrial-Grade Flooring with an Artisan Touch
Our highly-skilled team of in-house artisans complete your epoxy floor installation from start to finish. The result is a durable floor with a glossy shine that’s easy to clean and offers excellent UV-tolerance.
With an overall thickness greater than 1/16 of an inch, the Classic system offers increased protection against impact and abrasion, and provides a longer-lasting finish life than our Econo system.
Extensive Repair And Prep
This premium coating includes the repairs of cracks, divots, stains and gouges in the concrete slab. Our team of experts will also take the time to correct any sloppy or damaged concrete work that we can, creating the ideal canvas for the epoxy coating.
Base Coat
Our Artisans will then apply the low-VOC, 100% solids epoxy basecoat. This offers excellent adhesion with the concrete, and more thickness in a single coat, giving the floor good body and enhanced color.
Flake Broadcast
Next we broadcast the vinyl flake directly into the wet base coat for fully saturated color and a wonderfully even-looking appearance. This process gives the coating a “lift”, making the basecoat 5x-6x thicker!
Top Coat Finish
Finally our team will apply the polyaspartic/polyurea clearcoat which gives it that beautiful, glossy sheen. The top coat also offers excellent UV-tolerance as well as great resistance to impact, abrasion, chemicals and staining. We will broadcast a material called Aluminum Oxide into this surface, providing enhanced Anti-Skid properties and Abrasion Resistance.
